A stunning and powerful Linkwood whisky distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2022 at a whopping 57.8% abv. Nose:
Intense stewed fruit combines with fragrant Autumnal spices and mature oak. Cocoa powder comes to the fore alongside toasted hazelnuts and aged leather
Palate:
Forest fruits lead to baked apple and sultana. Treacle toffee develops accompanied by citrus fruit and mature oak
Finish:
Full and long with lingering spice and blackcurrant
